About these terms

These terms govern your use of Her at her.direct, a platform for adult creators, fans, and agencies. Your agreement is with the administrator of the her.direct service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

Age and verification

You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the age of legal majority where you live. You must also be legally permitted to access the service and its content in your location.

The administrator of the her.direct service may require age and identity verification before granting or continuing access, publishing content, or enabling payments. You must provide accurate information and must not evade verification. Access may be restricted if verification cannot be completed.

Your account

Provide an accurate email address and account role, complete account confirmation, and keep your information current. Protect your login details and confirmation codes. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

Do not transfer access to an unauthorized person or impersonate another person. Contact [email protected] promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Agencies must have permission to act for every creator they represent.

Creator content and responsibility

Creators retain ownership of their content. By submitting content, you grant the administrator of the her.direct service permission to host, process, display, and deliver it as necessary to operate the service and provide the access you authorize.

You are responsible for the legality of your content, the rights needed to publish it, and the accuracy of any description or offer. Every person depicted must be an adult, and you must have their informed consent and all required permissions and records.

Fans receive access for personal use within the permissions offered by the creator and the service. Access does not transfer ownership or permit copying, redistribution, resale, or publication without authorization.

The administrator of the her.direct service may review, restrict, or remove content that violates these terms or applicable law. Report suspected violations to [email protected].

Prohibited conduct

You must use the service lawfully and respect the rights, privacy, and safety of others. The following conduct is prohibited.

  • Any content involving minors, sexual exploitation, trafficking, coercion, or sexual activity without consent.
  • Publishing intimate material without consent or content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats, extortion, or disclosure of private information without authorization.
  • Malware, spam, unauthorized collection of data, attempts to bypass security or age checks, or interference with the service.
  • Payment fraud, money laundering, or attempts to avoid commissions through deceptive transactions.
  • Using the platform to arrange unlawful services or otherwise violate applicable law.

Plans and commissions

The following plan fees and commissions apply. Commission is deducted from creator earnings from transactions covered by the selected plan. Subscription fees are separate from commission.

Annual billing offers a 50 percent discount on the equivalent monthly subscription fees. The billing option and amount due must be shown before you confirm a purchase.

Plan limits measure usage within the applicable plan period. They are usage allowances for that period and do not accumulate as a permanent balance or carry into a later period.

Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing option confirmed at purchase unless canceled before renewal. Canceling stops future renewals and does not refund fees already paid. Fees are nonrefundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.

  • Creator Start has a 15 percent commission.
  • Creator Pro costs USD 49 per month and has a 12 percent commission.
  • Studio costs USD 149 per month and has a 10 percent commission.

Agencies and applicants

Agencies are responsible for their listings, communications, representations, and agreements with creators. They must have authority to manage any account or content they access and must respect creator consent and control.

Agencies must not charge candidates any fee to apply, be considered, or participate in recruitment through Her. Agencies must not disguise applicant fees as verification, onboarding, or administrative charges.

The administrator of the her.direct service is not a party to agreements between agencies and creators. Agencies and creators remain responsible for their own obligations under those agreements and applicable law.

Payments and payouts

Payouts require completion of applicable identity, age, and payment verification and accurate payout details. Available earnings reflect applicable commissions, refunds, payment reversals, and other deductions disclosed before the relevant transaction or required by law.

Payout availability and processing depend on transaction settlement, payment processing, and required compliance checks. Payments may be delayed or held while suspected fraud, disputed transactions, or legal restrictions are reviewed. A hold does not automatically forfeit lawful earnings.

You are responsible for taxes that apply to your earnings and for supplying information required for tax reporting. Payment or payout conditions that affect your transaction must be disclosed before you authorize it.

Suspension and account closure

The administrator of the her.direct service may restrict features, remove content, suspend access, or close an account for violations of these terms, failed verification, suspected fraud, security risks, or legal requirements. Immediate action may be necessary to protect users or comply with law.

Where lawful and appropriate, you will receive an explanation and may request review at [email protected]. You may also request account closure at that address. Account closure does not cancel outstanding payment obligations or lawful claims to earnings. Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Service availability and liability

The service is provided as available. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the administrator of the her.direct service does not guarantee uninterrupted access, particular earnings, recruitment outcomes, or the conduct of users.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the administrator of the her.direct service is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, arising from use of the service. Users remain responsible for their own content, conduct, and agreements.

These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit mandatory consumer rights. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by the law that governs your rights.

Changes to these terms

The administrator of the her.direct service may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. Material changes, including changes to fees or commissions, will be communicated through the service or by email before they apply, where required by law.

A notice will explain when the revised terms take effect. Changes do not retroactively alter completed transactions. If you do not agree to revised terms, stop using the service and cancel any renewal before the changes take effect. Any consent required by law will be obtained separately.
